1. Why do I need monthly maintenance if my webshop is currently working fine? Websites are like cars: they run for a while without regular service, but then they suddenly break down at the worst possible time (and repairs are much more expensive). WordPress and plugins are updated weekly. If these aren't monitored by a professional, security gaps open up allowing hackers in, or Google penalizes you for slow speeds. The core of my service is prevention and peace of mind.

2. What can I use the "1 hour monthly development" in the Premium package for? This is my most popular service. You can use this time for any minor technical request:

• Minor design modifications (CSS, colors, layout).
• Assistance with uploading new products.
• Setting up or replacing plugins.
• Technical consulting (e.g., "Which newsletter software should I choose?").
• Important: Unused time cannot be carried over to the next month.

3. What happens if I need more than the monthly 1 hour of work? No problem. If I see that a task exceeds the limit, I will let you know in advance and provide a quote. For my Premium clients, I offer a discounted, fixed hourly rate instead of the list price (€120).

4. How do payment and invoicing work? At the beginning of every month, I send an electronic invoice for the previous month (or the current one, by agreement). Since you are an Austrian company (with a valid EU VAT number), the invoice is VAT-free (Reverse Charge), so you do not have to pay VAT to me. Payment is possible via bank transfer (SEPA) or credit card.

5. Is there a loyalty period? Can I cancel anytime? There is no loyalty period. I believe in the quality of my engineering work, not in binding contracts. The service can be cancelled at the end of the month at any time without explanation. If you are not satisfied, you don't pay.

6. What is the difference between you and an agency? At agencies, maintenance is often done by junior staff or interns, while you pay senior prices. With me, you are in direct contact with the engineer (me). There is no "ticket system" where your message gets lost, and I have deeper technical knowledge in speed optimization and security than the average web designer.

7. Will you need my passwords? Is this safe? Yes, I will need administrator access for maintenance. I handle this with the utmost security: I use industry-standard, encrypted password managers (e.g., LastPass / 1Password) and guarantee full confidentiality regarding my work.
